An exciting opportunity has become available to join the high performing Sodexo Human Resources team as a Talent & Reward Coordinator.
**This is a Full-Time role based in Melbourne, our office is on St Kilda Road, with some flexibility for Working from Home.**
The Talent & Reward coordinator provides broad support on Talent & Compensation policies and programs, including administration, report analysis and systems support. You will coordinate key annual cycle activities and support the wider national HR teams.
**Role’s specifics**:
- Support key annual HR cycle activities (Salary review, annual performance review, performance bonus review)
- Analysis and reporting of annual cycle activities
- Ad hoc systems support & collation of reports with commentary
- Conduct job evaluations, maintain job descriptions
- Promotion of corporate benefits
- Perform market data analysis and provide recommendations on salary levels
- Prepare annual tax reporting on performance shares
- Assist with Visa compliance reporting
- Creation of support materials eg work instructions, guides, FAQ’s, PowerPoint slides
**Who are we looking for?**
While this role will provide you the opportunity to continue your learning while working; you will ideally have up to 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Human Resources environment. It is important that you have gained some practical experience in compensation programs in addition to having demonstrated experience working in a complex stakeholder environment. It will be preferable if you are part way through your HR qualification, and if you have completed the Korn Ferry _Job Evaluation_ course this will be a bonus
You will have the ability to create and maintain a network of positive relationships and have exceptional time management skills to juggle priorities while ensuring attention to detail. You will have strong systems skills, process and data analytical & quantitative skills with exposure to a number of data management systems. It is imperative that you have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proven ability to analyse financial data.
