This organisation, with a national footprint and a highly visible profile within the Energy sector, has a focus on delivering efficient, customer-focused and commercial solutions.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Performance & Reward Lead will be a critical member of the People & Culture Leadership team and lead the combined operational and strategic development and execution of remuneration and reward activities for the business nationally.
While managing existing frameworks and leading cyclical events, this role will also be responsible for leading the critical thinking and development and implementation of future-oriented solutions to support a transforming business and workforce.
This is a standalone role within a Centre of Excellence model.
In this role you will:
- As a key member of the P&C Leadership team, lead the development of remuneration strategy design, implementation and engagement
- Manage the end-to-end remuneration calendar including the annual review process, coordination of incentive program design and delivery as well as the advice and guidance to the P&C team on benchmarking and job evaluation processes
- Partner with the CPO in the development and presentation of relevant remuneration papers to RemCo and Board
This is a great opportunity to elevate fundamental employee experience while also generating fresh-thinking and solutions to support critical outcomes including retention and talent management.
We will be looking for the following:
- Previous experience as a remuneration generalist with the capability and expertise to drive operational remuneration outcomes as well as develop and implement new reward frameworks
- You will have demonstrated experience collaborating across a diverse HR team and business, utilising and engaging a broad range of stakeholders to support outcomes and the demonstrated capability to influence and lead implementation
- The ability and comfort to roll up sleeves to support operational delivery in combination with a strong history of strategic engagement; this includes the generation and presentation of remuneration papers to Executive and Board level stakeholders
