We’re on the lookout for a** Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment for the Christmas season across our iconic brands - _Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, kikki.K, allkinds,_ and _Fine-Day_.

With the holiday spirit just around the corner, our stores will soon be buzzing with energy - and we need your help to find passionate, customer-focused individuals who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity in a vibrant and collaborative environment, ideal for someone with strong administration skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Please note: This is a full-time fixed term contract of 3 Months. _

**THE ROLE**:

- Creating and posting job advertisements for retail roles across all brands
- Coordinating and assisting with group and one-on-one interviews, both online and face-to-face
- Participating in recruitment open days to support high-volume hiring
- Managing interview scheduling and diary coordination for hiring managers
- Compiling reports and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and ensuring a high standard of process compliance
- Providing general administrative support to the broader HR team as needed
- On-site role, 5 days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role (preferred)
- Previous store management experience in the retail sector (essential)
- Familiarity with online job advertising platforms
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- The ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
