**About Our Client**:
The client is one of the largest diversified contractor's within the construction industry. They have the financial, organisational and operational capacity to manage hundreds of projects at any one time - Australia wide.

Established in 1988, the company have experience dramatic growth and now operates in all States and Territories of mainland Australia.
- Provide exceptional data entry support to the Accounts Payable team
- Manage, process and analyse invoices
- Accurately match invoices to Purchase Orders and process into Accounting systems
- Answering queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure deadlines are met
- High volume data entry
- Ad hoq duties as required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Assistant role
- High volume data entry experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise to ensure deadlines are being met
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with key company stakeholder
- Experienced across MS Office Suite skills and other systems/platforms like SAP & Salesforce.

- Permanent FT paying $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
- Located in Port Melbourne - Free parking on site
- Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in office & 2 days WFH
