Our client is a multi-functional privately owned business who have a variety of CBD based assets.

Reporting to the GroupAccountant with direct responsibility also to the CEO and Senior Management Team, this role involves providing accounting and financial management support for day-to-day activities including but not limited to: 

  • Assisting with maintaining accurate financial records for the Group of companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Processing of weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining customer accounts, generating invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Processing supplier invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the finance department, including filing, generating report, budget reviews, etc
  • Assisting with month end closing procedures
  • Maintaining accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date

To be successful in this role you will have appropriate tertiary qualification as well as you CA/CPA qualification or working towards. You will be a confident user of technology, with strong spoken and written skills in Mandarin as well as strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
