Your Nextt role

We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Brisbane team. Our Nextt person will join us with proven experience working in a similar role in the Disability/Mental Health sector, Healthcare Sector, Contact Centre Workforce Planning or Medical Administration. This role reports to the National Scheduling Manager and some of the day-to-day activities include:

- Working closely with our Customer Relations Managers & Intake Managers supporting and developing the Support Worker teams
- Actively participate in team and cross functional meetings whilst providing support to the customer service & scheduling team
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
- Ensure support workers are placed into active shifts based on individual participant needs and follow up progress
- Identify shortfalls and provide proactive solutions to the team
