A full time, permanent, scheduling administrator role in Inner North Brisbane, 65-75K + Super

This family owned air conditioning company is highly regarded in Brisbane, offering professional and reliable services for all air conditioning related matters. They pride themselves on their well-trained tradesmen, fast responsiveness and their vast range of respectable brands.

**Your new role**

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, scheduling technicians to various locations across Brisbane. You’ll receive up to 100 jobs a week that are needed to be scheduled in, which will involve the coordination of the technicians, ordering of stock and parts required for the jobs, accepting of deliveries and receipting of stock to match supplier invoices. You'll also be required to provide exceptional customer service while liaising between the customers and technicians.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous scheduling or administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Excellent Organisation Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Great Customer Service
- Willingness to Learn and Be Receptive to Training

**What you'll get in return**

In return for your hard work, you'll be rewarded with;
- 65K - 75K + Super
