The purpose of this role is to lead and supervise the scheduling team to ensure the delivery of executable work schedules to Operations in the area of Maintenance, Campaigns and Turnarounds. You will be part of the MTAC (Maintenance Turnaround Construction) business unit, spanning across QGC (Midstream and Upstream).

The role will ensure the schedule incorporates the requirements of the Manage Equipment Care Plans and other risk reduction and opportunity work ensuring other functional plans are incorporated appropriately.

Your role will ensure the team works with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the Schedule is integrated across the business.

Core Accountabilities:

- Ensure Scheduling Processes and structures are in place, supported and audited so that day to day tasks and activities of the Maintenance Execution team are executed with consistency and with focus on process safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
- Provide Maintenance Scheduling support to the Maintenance Execution Managers, Maintenance Execution Supervisors, Operations and Maintenance Coordinators and Superintendents.
- Responsible for the delivery of the MTAC Functional plan or integrated scheduling including Campaign team.
- Provide support in the continuous improvement of QGC Performance Maintenance Excellence.
- Coach teams and individuals to utilize their strengths and potential to deliver the business goals.

Position Specific Accountabilities:

- People Management; Manage the team of schedulers for delivery of high-quality schedules to the various gate and plan owners ensuring the efficient use of resources and tools.
- Ensure that current Business Plan Elements for QGC are aligned with the longer-term strategic plans.
- Drive a collaborative integrated environment to ensure the executable schedules include the highest value activities which are executable with full availability of people, materials, services, etc.
- Identify and drive resolution of cross-functional and cross field conflicts in terms of resources and scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure schedulers pursue grouping opportunities where prioritization allows.
- Review and advise key stakeholders on long term resource requirements.
- Support initializing of expediting with MSC as required as part of waiting material status reviews.
- Coordinate QGC scheduling team in optimizing and implementing schedule changes required by updates in the long-term plan and emergent scope processes.
- Ensure the competence and development of the QGC Schedulers.
- Conduct after action reviews for Scheduling failures to identify opportunities to improve.
- Provide Leadership in QGC scheduling processes in accordance with company standards and guidelines which are consistent with scheduling processes in line with AMS and QGC procedures.
- Review KPI data and perform analysis to establish corrective action recommendations to leadership team.
- Work with activity owners and plan owners to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support plans for risk mitigation and the execution of Safety Critical Element Maintenance.
- Ensure that all major changes to the area schedule are authorized by plan owners.
- Protect agreed Production Forecast through challenging break-in, inform key stakeholders of potential production impacts or at earliest opportunity.
- Recommend production opportunities arising from schedule changes.
- Support the Plan Owners in analysis and interpretation of schedules and associated resource profiles.
