**Opportunity**
Our client is a high profile asset management organisation working in telecommunications, utilities, and transport sectors. Due to growth, they are seeking a Workforce Compliance Coordinator to join their Melbourne team. Reporting to the Resource Optimisation, Compliance and Planning Manager, you will be working in a friendly team to support the operational success for a number of key accounts or regions in the telecommunications business unit.

This role will involve administrative support to ensure contractors are on-boarded and off-boarded correctly with all requisite certificates and documentation is in place, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met to perform on-site work in telecommunications field services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hands on compliance managament for field services technicians
- Coordinate and direct work to a small team and ensure all Inboxes and Case Management Requests are allocated and actioned
- Experienced working to SLA's
- Work with the Workforce Forecasting Planners and Operations Management teams to drive outcomes
- Operational day-to-day team coordination and escalation management for customers
- Process improvement and continuous improvement activities for the team
- Assist Manager with operational reporting and procurement
- Work with a range of internal and client stakeholders and clients, a positive, professional customer-centric approach

**Success Measures
- 2-3+ years working in a high performing, fast-paced administration role
- Some experience in team and coordinating work effort for a small team preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, engineering, construction and in workforce compliance / contractor management preferred
- Outstanding customer service and escalations management
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive approach to investigating and interrogating multiple databases/systems to extract information
- Great interpersonal skills - ability to work with senior management and stakeholders at GM level, as well as external contractors and customers
- Mentoring and coaching mindset
- Ability to juggle a busy workload and step up as team co-ordinator
- Be able to work onsite 4-5 days per week in the Melbourne CBD
