**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual, your role will be to coordinate and schedule Field Service working within the Victorian Service division.

The role will see you organising the day-to-day Victorian Field Service activities. Planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction. As an integral part of the Victorian service team, you will be working with like-minded service coordinators reporting into the Field Service Supervisor maintaining safety and environmental standards as well as ensuring service sales and expense control is exercised in every instance to achieve team goals and targets.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**
- Maintain a high level of customer communication
- Ensure safety and efficiency of field service technicians
- Booking and scheduling all Field Service works for Victoria as well as managing invoicing and work in progress
- Autonomous productivity - Initiative to prepare and update work orders and timesheets in a timely manner, maintaining documentation and warranty claims with 100% accuracy

**About You - **To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A customer service background in scheduling or coordinating in similar industry (road transport, earthmoving, material handling or trades personnel)
- Professional manner with a can do attitude
- Some experience in coordinating the opening and closing service information
- Demonstrate the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with problem solving skills
- Personable and Professional Communication Skills - _above all else, _your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest
