Reporting to the Field Services Team Leader, the Field Services Coordinator is responsible for engaging with customers, lenders, banks, valuers, and other key stakeholders to schedule and progress property valuation requests through to completion.

This includes scheduling valuations appointments, inbound and outbound calls to clients, managing real time schedule changes and optimising the schedule for customer and valuer efficiency to ensure targets are met.

The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for:
- Scheduling valuation appointments- Delivering key business outcomes including turn around time and Valuer Utilisation- Optimising schedules, dispatch and resolving conflicts- Managing real time schedule changes, through re-optimising and dispatching schedules, e.g., in the case of a valuers’ absence or a customer needs to reschedule.-
- Scheduling and prioritising a queue of jobs to be allocated to Valuers with the objective of ensuring client service levels are achieved- Completing tasks in line with defined Opteon business processes- Utilising Opteon systems to capture job related data required to ensure the progression of the valuation to completion-
- Maintaining personal knowledge of Opteon clients and the property industry

The Field Service Coordinator, as a backup within the Command Centre, will also be required, if necessary to:
- Supporting Hold and Delay List Management- Completing back-office tasks required to progress a valuation job from receipt to completion.- Resolving roadblocks to achieve KPI and minimise turn around time impact.
