
Field Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
**Bid Management**
- Responding to centralised RFQ requests from customers (internal & external)
- Coordinate quoting (via MANZAT) for all Field Service requests.
- Maintain Quote Matrix template to facilitate fast quoting for Services.
- Support BDM MSS to develop custom proposals for LTSAs, Embedded Engineers, etc.
**Service Scheduling**
- Identifying resources to complete Service Activities once PO’s received by customer & working with customers to finalise logistics
- Creation of Field Activity in FSMA, CRM, OSC, Scheduler and appropriate systems and assignment to technicians to complete work & updating dates in Oracle Betsy
- Working with customers and Field Service Technicians when changes are required to dates and mobilising alternate resources and updating dates in Oracle Betsy
- Coordinating dispatch of parts, test equipment, etc. needed to complete Field Service jobs
- Identifying & routing customer (internal & external) technical requests to appropriate technicians
**Invoicing**
- Review FSMA debriefs from Field Service team and clear for invoicing.
- Coordinate revised quotations for completed Field Service works (where applicable) & follow up for revised customer POs
- Shell Prelude & Chevron QMI administration, documents & timesheets sent to MANZAT for invoicing
- Submit final documentation to Invoicing team for invoicing
**POR**
- Review backlog with and Service Centre Planner and ownership to update MSS POR Service Sales pack
- Present Service Sales POR to AP and take accountability to POR deliver commitment
**Administration**
- Review timesheets versus jobs and reconcile, escalate unfunded or excessive overtime requests
- Customer Field portal management for Service activities
- Escalate any customer order concerns to Customer Service Liaison
- Ensure customer non-compliance concerns and complaints are reported and escalated
- Ensure Instrument Service AR spreadsheet is updated monthly, and all Test equipment is re-calibrated on time and arrangements are made for the equipment to be calibrated when required.
Key Requirements:
- Worked in an engineering or support role at Emerson Process Management, an Emerson Process Management competitor, an engineering or instrumentation company or an end-user with Emerson Process Management's or competitor's product
- Field instrumentation experience in the process control industry is preferred although not essential.
- Exposure to Customer Contact/Customer Service
- Sales or Service Experience advantageous - Internal or External
