We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Field Service Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
  • Schedule work site inductions for technicians to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Verify all tickets and licences are up to date and validated, guaranteeing compliance.
  • Raise purchase orders, consolidate invoices, and follow up on accounts in a timely manner.
  • Carry out contractor inductions to foster a positive working relationship.
  • Manage post-service calls for all equipment services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee registrations, inspections, and service requirements for the field service fleet, promoting operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and validate payroll workflows (technician timesheets), maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide backup and support to Lube Planners, enhancing team productivity.

You will be a key contributor to our Field Service team by assisting Customer Coordinators with work-in-progress management, raising labour and material purchase orders, processing invoices, handling customer feedback surveys, and ensuring accurate data entry across the service area.
