We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator.

Experience in the Event industry is preferred and a great advantage however, not essential.

Must be available for flexible hours per week with the potential of progressing to permanent part time - full time work.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities include:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for the upper management.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role will be an advantage however not required.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Training and assistance will be provided.
