As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic **Marketing & Administrative Assistant** to join our close-knit team at our Reservoir head office.
**About the Role**
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both administrative and creative tasks. You’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations and contributing to exciting marketing campaigns that drive growth.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and available to start immediately.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
- Pick and pack orders; process invoices, credit notes, payments, and customer transactions
- Verify delivered products against purchase orders
- Maintain and audit customer and product databases
- Provide general administrative support and team reporting as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures and internal workflows
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**Marketing Support**
- Assist in the design and production of our jewellery catalogue using Canva
- Take high-quality product and lifestyle photos, including modelling jewellery on hands, ears, wrists, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
- Design and send electronic direct mail (EDMs) to our customer base
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to develop marketing strategies that increase online sales
- Support SEO initiatives by assisting with blog content
- Collaborate with management and developers on automated marketing campaigns
- Make outbound sales calls related to marketing initiatives to follow up and close offers
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in administration and/or marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva, social media platforms, and basic photography
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Customer-focused mindset and friendly, professional approach
**Job Details**
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (casual)
- **Start Date**: 15 August 2025
- **Location**: In-person role at our Reservoir office

- **Eligibility**: Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work rights. Police check required upon onboarding.
