**We are seeking a well-presented, highly motivated FULL-TIME PERMANENT Receptionist / Administrator with the ability to handle a fast-paced reception role. The role is to commence immediately with a 3-month probation.**
**AGG DOORS is a Garage Door Company that services Residential And Commercial Customers, we Provide services like Installation, Service Repairs, and Automation.**
**We are located in Hallam and would prefer the applicant to be close by.**
**The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Reception duties with an emphasis on a high level of customer service**
- **Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and responding to customer enquiries**
- **Effectively booking requests for quotes, & jobs into the Job Management System**
- **Accurate data entry**
- **Front Desk sales Processing payments via the Eftpos terminal**
- **General office duties**
- **Entries into MYOB (Prior experience a benefit but not essential)**
- **Willingness to learn and understand the products and services we provide so they can provide a higher level of customer service.**
- **May require to organise posting or couriers for products.**
**Experience Required**:
- **Previous Reception and/or administration experience (Garage Industry preferred but not essential)**
- **High standard of professionalism and phone manner**
- **Excellent communication skills and customer service skills**
- **MS Office products including Excel**
- **Google Apps: Mail, Docs, Spreadsheets.**
- **MYOB (preferred but not essential)**
- **Ability to Multitask**
- **Attention to detail**
- **Knowledge of Melbourne suburb locations (preferred but not essential)**
**Suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.**
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
