A successful, innovative company based in the SE suburbs of Melbourne, specialising in the design and manufacture of various automotive products that are designed to improve driving safety and comfort.
**The Role**
Wonderful opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support a friendly HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist with a variety of duties whilst gaining experience in HR processes.
The Duties
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Assisting with paperwork and the onboarding of new staff
- Tracking onsite orders
- Ordering Stationery and processing mail
- Greeting visitors
- Adhoc administration duties as required
**The Person**:
- Must have the ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- High attention to detail
- Able to multitask and effectively prioritise workload to complete tasks within time constraints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual, motivated with a ‘can do’, attitude
- Computer literacy: Intermediate MS Office skills, accurate data entry
