**Your role**

As a People and Culture Business Partner with Trusted Care Partners, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day HR administration support.

**How you will make an impact**
- Assist with the employee life cycle management.
- Assist with the recruitment and rostering process
- Organizing internal and external LMS training events
- Create and maintain employee and volunteer personnel files including entering new starters, position management and variations
- Monitor employee and volunteer mandatory compliance expiry dates and reminder notifications
- Prepare and issue new employee contracts and contract variations
- Monitor the general enquiry HR Mailbox and provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues including conditions and entitlements
- Set up of annual IPR and Probationary review templates
- Provide reminder notifications to managers of upcoming and outstanding probationary reviews
- Provide administration and project support
- Contribute to the provision of a safe and healthy work environment for Trusted Care Partners employees
- Comply with Trusted Care Partners Policies and Procedures as applicable to your role
- Other duties as required by the business

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in administration/customer service preferably within HR/Recruitment/Employment Services environment.
- Experience with system/database administration and the ability to analyse and make improvements to systems
- A mature approach, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Office and HRIS skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives
- Able to accept responsibility and work as part of a team
- Patient, flexible, understanding, supportive and caring nature
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills

**Desirable, however not essential**
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors
- Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Valid driver’s licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

**Additional information**
- In the interests of healthy rostering practices, allocation of on-call time will be spread as evenly as practicable amongst those required to participate in an on-call roster
