In this key role, you'll provide high-level support to our Senior Leadership Team, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential information with discretion. Use your administrative expertise to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing executive correspondence.
- Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Handle any last-minute changes efficiently.
- Organise and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and ensuring seamless logistics aligned with leadership priorities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement processes for executive needs. Reconcile invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee office operations related to executive functions, including managing supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
Your Skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities.
- Energetic & strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident when liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven experience of at least 2+ years in an executive support role, handling high-level administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
