We are seeking an entry level Retail Promotions Coordinator on Full Time basis based at our Macquarie Park office who will be responsible for the construction, administration and communication of promotional activity and artwork for all IBA retail brands and provide promotional and administrational support to the IBA Retail Promotions Team and IBA Retail Promotions Manager.

What you’ll do

Development and construction of retail promotion reports for all IBA retail brands.

Meet the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to IBA retail programs.

Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the State Operations team and the retail network.

Management and upkeep of all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team and relevant admin duties.

What you’ll bring

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised with an ability to prioritise & manage workloads to achieve deadlines

High level of attention to detail

Must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment

Intermediate - advance skills in Excel
