We have an excellent opportunity for a **Promotions Operations Manager **to join our National Merchandise team in Macquarie Park on full time basis. This role has a direct reporting line in to Promotions Program Manager.

The objective of this role is to lead a team that executes planned promotional programs by Channel. Partnering with key stakeholders to support the Business strategy and shopper insights by channel, delivering seamless execution and deliver promotional programs accurately and on time, meeting retailer, shopper, supplier, and the Food Group KPI’s. This role will also collaborate with the Promotions Program manager on projects to identify and resolve issues with processes.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead a team of promotions coordinators to execute the Channel & Merchandise Promotional strategies.
- Build, execute & manage all promotions programs from start to finish, including catalogue, LPED & sales events maintaining multiple versions with accuracy
- Partner with Trading, Channel and State Teams to manage promotions to meet guidelines and targets, delivering the Food Group strategies on all promotional activities.
- Execution of strategies and projects that transform or continuously improve - eg: Promotions Transformation Project & Metproms updates

**What you’ll bring**
- A strong understanding of promotional processes, promotional mechanics, category management and pricing including the profitable drivers of success
- A collaborative and composed style that supports and partners with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage your team’s time within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy & attention to detail
- Experience in a similar data or promotions role in FMCG
