Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic **Promotions Coordinator** on full time basis to support the Promotions Planning/Analytics team to provide promotional forecasts, reporting and analytics on promotional effectiveness. Supports the Food Group Channel teams, Trading, State and the wider Promotions Team on all areas of Promotions.

**What you’ll do**
- Focus on improved promotional performance and reporting including:

- Coordinate the reporting on upcoming promotional advice and changes to Retailer portal.
- Ensure reporting accuracy of Retail promotional sales performance and GP$.
- Performance of various promotional mechanics; LPED, Non-Advertised, Catalogue, State, market activities.
- Promotional channel guardrail support
- Other target metrics & ad hoc reporting
- Articulate sales trends and commentary on variances
- Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities
- Able to support Retail Pricing Strategy Manager, performing some tasks or attend ad hoc meetings as a delegate.

**What you’ll be**
- 2+ years FMCG experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing or similarly related field
- An understanding of category management principles and process including promotional mechanics and pricing.
- Strong retail promotional knowledge
- Understand the retail landscape.
