**About the Opportunity**

Join us as a Deals Coordinator in Macquarie Park You'll ensure accurate pricing data for liquor deals, collaborating with Customers, Suppliers, and the ALM Buying, Commercial, and Management teams. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for data integrity, we want you

**In this Role**
- Cultivate strong relationships with the ALM Buying and Category Management teams, serving as a reliable point of contact. Collaborate closely to understand their requirements and ensure seamless communication.
- Accurately input deal/ promotion information into Metcash core systems within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate attention to detail while entering data, minimising errors, and discrepancies in data.
- Regularly review and generate reports to assess the accuracy and completeness of pricing data. Take proactive steps to rectify any inconsistencies or inaccuracies, ensuring a high level of data integrity across all relevant systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Address inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

**You’re Likely a Match If** you have**
- Must have Intermediate / advance MS Office: particularly in MS Excel
- Prior experience in roles involving data management, pricing, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience within the liquor industry or retail sector is advantage.
- Mathematically competent
- Excellent Data Entry Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Invocative problem solver, solutions focused.
