If you have an eye for detail and a passion for data integrity, we want you **In this Role** - Cultivate strong relationships with the ALM Buying and Category Management teams, serving as a reliable point of contact. Collaborate closely to understand their requirements and ensure seamless communication. - Accurately input deal/ promotion information into Metcash core systems within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate attention to detail while entering data, minimising errors, and discrepancies in data. - Regularly review and generate reports to assess the accuracy and completeness of pricing data. Take proactive steps to rectify any inconsistencies or inaccuracies, ensuring a high level of data integrity across all relevant systems. - Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Address inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. **You’re Likely a Match If** you have** - Must have Intermediate / advance MS Office: particularly in MS Excel - Prior experience in roles involving data management, pricing, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial.
