We’re on the hunt for a **creative and detail-driven Promotions Coordinator**to join our vibrant marketing team. If you have a flair for fun, a knack for organisation, and a love for engaging people through clever campaigns and exciting promotions - this is the role for you

Working across our diverse group of clubs - **St Johns Park Bowling Club, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, Mollymook Beach Bowling Club, Balmain Bowling Club and Wallacia Country Club** - you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences through promotions that entertain, reward, and connect.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Support the Group Marketing and Entertainment Manager with engaging member promotions from conceptual to implementation**across all venues, including major giveaways, bingo, raffles, and seasonal campaigns within set budgets.
- **Source and purchase prizes** with excellent value while managing budgets effectively.
- **Draft terms and conditions** for all promotions, ensuring full compliance with gaming and trade promotions legislation.
- **Oversee promotional systems** (including bingo and raffle platforms), ensuring they run efficiently and are user-friendly for staff and members.
- **Liaise with our in-house graphic designer** to brief promotional artwork and advertising needs.
- **Be on-site during major promotions** to ensure smooth execution and provide real-time support.
- **Communicate with internal stakeholders** across all venues to align promotions with venue goals and ensure effective rollout.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar promotions, events or marketing support role (club or hospitality experience highly regarded).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident dealing with staff at all levels.
- Organisational talent with an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- An understanding of relevant regulations, or a willingness to quickly get across them.
- Ability to travel between venues as required.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a love for bringing ideas to life.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
