**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a **Promotions Systems Coordinator**. The role of Promotions Systems Coordinator is responsible for the Retail Express RE 2.0 Promotional software, providing knowledge, support and training. You will maintain the integrity of data in the Promotions Planning Software and ERP. Partner with the Trading, State, Channel and Promotions Teams to manage standard and non-standard promotional data with accuracy and efficiency

**In this Role**
- Administer Promotions in the Retail Express Promotions Software and administer other promotional data in the ERP System
- Provide knowledge, support & training for the State & National teams in Retail Express, Promotional uploads & host transmission
- Data entry & management is maintained with integrity & efficiency
- Maintain the MDG Promotions Inbox and action queries in accordance to agreed targets.
- Proactively identify issues and resolve to minimise impact on retailers and shoppers

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Understanding of administrative processes involved in managing promotions and pricing
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative style that supports various national and state teams
- Able to manage time in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy & attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar data or promotions role in FMCG would be an advantage
- Understanding of the Independent Retailer network and shoppers
