**Dental front office coordinator and practice manager**

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding full-time position, where you can use all of your dynamic skills in a friendly and energetic environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic front office coordinator that can step into the practice manager position to join and lead our dental team. We require someone with drive and interest in growing the business into the future.

The job entails maintaining exceptional patient experiences every day, ensuring our team performs at their very best and feel good about it. The job will require someone who is production and KPI driven at the same time as building a culture of great work ethics with the team.

Must be business minded, computer literate, reliable, accountable and a great communicator at all levels.

We are a fast-paced, rapidly expanding dental practice looking for someone to assist and lead the team, to strive and lift the bar in everything we do, so that patients come to us for the quality treatment they expect and deserve.

Dental experience is preferred or at least 2 years of Practice Management experience and be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to learn.
