Dental Assistant/dental Receptionist

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Dental Assistant who can also help as a Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice.

**As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for**:
- Sterilization of instruments
- Assisting the dentist with all the dental procedures
- Maintaining the dental equipment
- Ordering dental supplies
**As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the communication flows into, out of and throughout the office.
- Maintaining communication with patients in reception and with the team.
- Improving patient experience (customer service).
- Greeting patients with a warm smile and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Managing patient records and ensuring accurate documentation for seamless operations.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Taking payments.
- Making phone calls to follow up unscheduled appointments.
- Tracking statistics.
**Attitude, approach, qualities**:
- You must be someone who truly cares for our patients.
- Friendly and courteous at all times.
- Well presented.
- Must be authentic and real.
- Be a great communicator, who can handle difficult patients confidently.
- Must be tenacious in following up and not stopping until you have fulfilled your duty to the patient.
Dental experience is necessary to perform the dental assisting duties.
While dental experience is preferred, we place greater importance on the right attitude, approach, and qualities mentioned above. If you possess these qualities, we are happy to hear from you.
