**Job Details**:
- As the initial point of contact for our patients, the receptionist holds a crucial role in our clinic. Your responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling efficient appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring a seamless flow of patients within the clinic. Additionally, you'll manage patient inquiries, offer information about our services, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- To succeed in this role, you need to be a confident and articulate communicator with exceptional organizational abilities. A positive and friendly attitude, a genuine passion for customer service, and a readiness to go the extra mile for our patients are crucial. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
