The ambition of our Non-Life team is in positioning Munich Re as the premium discussion partner for our clients through the provision of and access to an extensive depth of local and global knowledge. The Non-Life team strives for being recognised as an innovative solution and large capacity provider by offering tailor-made reinsurance products that support our clients in managing their capital as well as newly emerging risks.
**About the role**
- Identify potential business for AgTech in ANZ within the MR Group appetite, working with the Munich-based AgTech team to bring the business opportunities to fruition
- Generate Premium Income and bottom line profitability from GreenTech opportunities
- Represent Munich Re at industry events, aligned to our New Markets strategy

- ** Net Zero** (20%) Develop and share knowledge of Munich Re Group Net Zero strategies within MR Australia and the Non Life Division
**About you**
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or science fields, potentially Agricultural science
Developed understanding of AgTech and/or Energy Storage Systems and/or Hydrogen as an energy source
- Solid experience in a sales role within engineering or other technical fields
- Some understanding of insurance with particular reference to parametric insurance
- Good understanding of Energy Storage Systems and the energy strategies of Local and State governments
- Understanding of the Net Zero framework and associated reporting responsibilities-
