We are seeking a person with special talents to join our high-performance team with specific responsibility for our outsourced HR work.

The role demands exceptional skills and you must be highly experienced in adapting to a dynamic & fast paced environment.

No two days will be the same working with our diverse client base.

Activities will include:

- Generalist HR activities with a focus on employment contracts, interpreting awards, salary banding and job descriptions;
- Develop policies and procedures;
- Develop training programs; and
- Developing and delivering workshops.

**About you**

Ideally, you will be degree qualified and have experience as a HR Co-Ordinator or HR Advisor. To be successful in this position, you will have:

- The ability to manage conflicting priorities;
- The ability to communicate and liaise with businesses effectively;
- A practical and logical style, with a commercial approach and strong business acumen; and
- Strong communication skills, being able to influence decisions amongst our clients.
- Demonstrate an exceptionally strong work ethic and high levels of personal energy.

- Display outstanding communication skills and the ability to quickly establish positive working relationships.
