Sunshine Coast company requires an HR Advisor to start immediately on a temp basis.

**Your new company**

Located on the Sunshine Coast, our client is an established and growing business within the heavy industry sector. They require an HR Advisor to support their QLD workforce.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a mid-sized business whilst partnering and advising the business leaders. This will include:

- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders- Case management of ER and performance management issues- Employee engagement projects- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes- HR administration and reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:
- Previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor/Business Partner level within a medium to large organisation- Industry experience in Heavy Industry, Transport, Logistics or Manufacturing is preferred- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
