SummaryUse your administrative expertise to deliver strategic advice and high-level administrative support, working closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to achieve operational goals across the school.
About The Opportunity- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
- Coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures, and other guideline material relating to administrative operations within the school.
- Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities.
- Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs that align with school requirements and current trends.
- Coordination of the Pathways office and providing coordination support to the Head of Future Pathways.
- Providing support to the Head of Future Pathways in the coordination and leadership of industry placements including Work Experience program.
- Coordinate and provide administration support for school-based apprenticeship and traineeship sign-ups.
- Coordinate College relationships with industry partners in conjunction with the Head of Future Pathways.
- Other duties as may be required by the College Leadership Team.
- Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, with experience implementing process enhancements.
- Coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing workloads and fostering teamwork.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations.
- Managing procurement activities and financial administration.
- Marketing and promoting administrative services to align with school needs and current trends.
- Commitment to excellence in the provision of professional services.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive disposition.
- Ability to work in partnership with College staff, students and families; experience in a fast-paced environment and multitasking ability.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience in database use and management.
- Experience in a high-paced customer-facing role is highly regarded.
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
