**One of the Top clients in Brisbane is hiring for Customer Service Representatives Initial contract for 6 months plus likely extensionAPPLY NOW**

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Handling customer enquiries and service requests.
- Meeting settlement deadlines.
- Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
- Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
- Document examination with an eye for detail.
- Ensuring compliance with the client's and customer's Human Resources, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies and processes.
- Supports solution development team to ensure that the solution reflects the business requirements and needs.
- Manage priorities with the ability to influence people, manage change and develop business solutions
- Key Relationships - work closely with other peer CSR's to achieve seamless delivery for assigned client; and work with other parts of BPO, as required
- Ensures compliance with clients' HR, legal, financial and government related policies, strategies and processes

**Skills & Experience Preferred**:

- Experience within the banking/financial services sector preferred
- A proven track record either working in Data Entry, Settlements or as Documentation Officer (or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients
- Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
