**Company Overview**

Specialist provider of life insurance to affinity partners, superannuation trustees and employers in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage an annual rolling plan for events, industry conferences, and hospitality activity for key client events
- Assist in the organisation of staff events where required.
- Coordination of marketing campaigns across different business streams including development of integrated campaign schedule/calendar.
- Collaboration with Digital team on campaign planning management and coordination of digital resources to support campaigns (eg website content, social media, eDMs, digital tracking etc).
- Design and development of marketing material, marketing collateral, basic ad creative, sales support material forms, etc, including due diligence review and approval, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage strong partnering and relationships with the key stakeholders

**Experience and Technical Skills**

Required Experience
- 5+ years experience in similar marketing role
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end event planning, execution and management
- Campaign planning and coordination via campaign calendars and scheduling, including digital planning platforms
- Ability to network and interact well with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

- Financial Services Industry experience
- Marketing budget management
- Intermediate graphic design expertise in development and creation of marketing collateral, documents and forms using desktop publishing packages (InDesign), content management systems
