**About the Role**

3M are currently recruiting for a highly organised & outgoing Marketing & Events coordinator to join their Oral Care Division. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple events & trade shows. As well as supporting the Marketing Manager and team with various duties. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual looking for a great team environment and diverse role.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing & coordinating multiple trade and industry events
- Ensuring that all events and executed & run smoothly aligned with compliance processes
- Leading projects for trade events, from planning to execution & post-event reviews
- Managing the event run sheets, ensuring that you coordinate & collaborate with all cross functional teams
- Ensuring that budgets are maintained and align with 3M requirements
- Administering quotes for display stands & artwork
- Ordering and arranging the shipping of all product samples, equipment, and brochures
- Supporting marketers with Pricing operations processes. E.G. price list maintenance, promotional pricing & approval requests
- Managing the external warehouse - ensuring that sufficient stock of marketing materials is available
- Processing Invoices and managing the administration of invoice payment to vendors
- Raising Purchase orders
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
- Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Good attitude - willing to go above and beyond & work well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High School Certificate of Tertiary Education
- Ability to develop and communicate creative briefs in collaboration with internal and external agencies / stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable & must have the ability to work independently.
- 2 -3 years' experience within a similar role
- Experience within the Healthcare or Dental industry is preferable but not critical

This is a 12-month contract position with a possibility for extension.
