Due to positive growth, this newly created position will see you working alongside a highly talented team that offers continuous support, development and a positive culture. **Responsibilities** Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating and organising national events for their ENT and GI businesses - Managing and coordinating trade shows, expos, workshops, webinars and booth layouts - Coordinating and managing event speakers, facilitators, catering, banners and demo equipment - Creating content for a range of conferences and monthly customer mailers - Ensuring all marketing collaterals are available, organised and up to date - Working on marketing campaigns and assisting with yearly marketing plans **About you** - Bachelor's degree qualified - 12 months+ experience coordinating large scale events is essential - 12 months+ experience working in a marketing coordinator role - Experience using Salesforce, Pardot and executing EDM or equivalent marketing systems - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Superb copywriting, proofing and grammar skills - Experience posting and moderating on social media platforms
