**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

A fantastic opportunity presents for a high energy, positive and supportive Internal Account Manager to join our high performing sales team in Western Australia, based in Canning Vale.

You will provide exceptional customer service by delivering an end-to-end experience for customers within your defined portfolio. The role is to work in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to determine customer strategy, ranging, price and provide solutions to our customers.

Additionally you will providing sales support activities for external Account Managers within your team. Sales support activities consist of the processing of orders and quotes account managers receive from the field for SME customers, as well as other administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis
- Liaise regularly with key stakeholders to ensure customers, service and distribution is maintained at the highest level
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by developing strategies, maintain records with up to date data
- Identifying opportunities and drive sales through customer education and solution selling

To be successful, you will have:

- Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability to not only meet but exceed customer expectations
- Ability to build, maintain and develop strong internal and external relationships
- Previous exposure to safety and apparel products would also be valued
- The ability to work autonomously whilst collaboratively across different teams
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills and Dynamics experience is desirable
