**Your new role**
In your new position, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, supervising and managing facilities and building coordination functions across one main CBD site and another 2x suburban sites
- Coordinating and supervising contractors and inducting them in on site
- Assist with emergency management planning and security
- Procurement of office supplies
- Working collaboratively with Project Managers and other areas of the organisation
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will require:
- Experience in Building Management, Property, Facilities Management
- Public sector experience is desirable
- Contract Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
