  • Proven experience in facilities or building management, ideally across mixed-use sites
  • A natural communicator with a service-first mindset and stakeholder savvy
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Confident managing compliance and contractor performance
  • Polished, professional, and ready to represent Connect Facilities with pride
