If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join this organisation as a Facilities Coordinator on an 8-week initial assignment.
**Your new role**
As a Facilities Coordinator for this company, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the coordination and management of facilities maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Liaise with the Facilities Management and ICT team regarding maintenance works, and organising contractors
- Coordinate monthly reports inclusive of office management
- Customer service facing, greeting and signing in visitors and contractors
- Assist the Facilities Manager in the oversight of the office including maintenance, cleaning, waste removal and data entry.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary education or relevant experience in Facilities Management or relevant facilities experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills and committed to delivery high quality outcomes
- Problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- COVID double vaccinated
