**The Role**
Toro is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join our Equipment team, based from our Service Centre at Brisbane, QLD.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Equipment Service Centre Business within a designated region, providing technical support and customer service to our valued clients. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with other key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the highest level of service quality is maintained at all times.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the company operated Toro Service Centre.
- Provide ongoing leadership and management of the Toro Service Centre in conjunction with the National Service Manager.
- Manage and achieve the Service Centre budget and service sales revenue, supporting sales and service requirements; and driving customer loyalty.
- Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with Toro clients and customers: account holders and users, both internal and external.
- Actively engage in day to day workshop operation.
- Engage with service strategies and processes, to increase business productivity and maintain consistent national standard practices.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of various types of turf equipment.
- Ability to test, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components in accordance with established product standard.
- Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong team leadership skills including; interpersonal, communication, time management and supervisory skills.
- Strong computer literacy and CRM management.
- Ability to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and procedures.
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift licence beneficial).
