Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Manager to join Service Stream in our Field Service Manager sector.
About the Role
The Field Service Manager will proactively manage the program to meet timelines on the program as advised by the client. The Field Service manager will manage the program and all its work types of performance and update the GM as to those statuses on a regular basis. This Field Service Manager will be responsible for adequately resourcing this program to required levels based on 12MRF to maintain the delivery of the program to KPI standard, showing constructive proactive actions to reach this goal via multiple methods. The Field Service Manager will ensure all materials are available to complete work, liaising with supply chain to review forward view of stock holdings and manage any shortfalls, when these actions are not progressing the shortfalls, the Field Service Manager will escalate to the General Manager about what action they will take/n thus far, the timing of this shall be prior to the issue affecting the program delivery.

Reporting Line: General Manager - Operations & Maintenance
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide instruction and management guidance to internal and external stakeholders working for Service Stream Communications on the Operations and Maintenance Business Unit with the state.
- Ensure Senior Field Supervisor, Field Supervisors and Sub-Contractors compliance on related projects including but not limited to
- HSEQ
- Quality
- KPIs Internal and Client
- All Client work instructions, recommended procedures, and work practises.
- The Sub-Contractor agreement.
- SSC Management Plans.
- Overall responsibility to ensure the safe and timely completion of all work orders (WO's) generated within the O&M space for the region
- Ensure OHSE KPI requirements are met, and all works completed with Safety as a key objective.
- Ensure WO's are completed as per Contractual technical requirements.
- Utilising the client volume forecast for Simplex and Complex WO's, develop a volume forecast for Incoming WO's.
- QA Audits per month as per the regional requirement
- Communicate with the General Manager as required and by formal weekly, monthly quarterly meetings.
- Drive the recruitment and on-boarding of the required resources to complete all work volume forecast. These resources include Internal and External resources: sub-contractor and regional admin and supervision requirements.
- Liase with Regional leads, to manage completion rates and a healthy WO WiP, meeting the relevant Contractual KPI's
- Develop and implement a financial plan which is underpinned by the volume forecast, organisational structure and size, and meets the overall O&M financial forecast
- Liase with the client to ensure alignment of requirements and objectives
- Identify and exploit opportunities to grow the work scope
- Perform regional-based reporting forecasts and progress on all key measures of performance both internally and externally across Operations and Maintenance business unit
- Collaborate and participate in development of a scalable strategy and high-level processes to deliver an ongoing solution to manage the business unit's performance
- Implement and manage a regional governance framework for the delivery of the division's deliverables.
- Manage an effective communications strategy of all reporting measures to ensure all key stakeholders have clear visibility of all critical measures/metrics, including future views and targets set by the client
About You
- Have 5+ years driving a high performing, fast-paced workforce, or project team
- Have 2+ years National Management experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement for a fast-paced operational workforce
- Demonstrated experience in forecast and resource modelling
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI reporting to monitor outcomes and performance
- Demonstrated experience in working with various regulatory authorities
- Experience gained on large complex construction, industrial, technical, or commercial project
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline preferred and or demonstrable experience
- Advance skills in using Power BI, MS Word, Excel, and other operational systems
- Advance written and verbal skills
