The Finance Officer is an integral role which sits within a multidisciplinary team providing finance services to our residential facilities. The main function of the role involves ensuring financial records for all residential sites are accurate and comply with relevant guidelines, statutory regulations, policies, procedures as well as ensuring the identification of emergency trends to achieve budgeted targets.
**What you bring***:
- Strong Administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Customer service focused with excellent telephone communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritise multiple competing tasks effectively.
- Experience within the Residential Aged Care Services sector.
**Desirable**:
- CIM experience.
- Dynamics GP experience.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting and membership of a recognised professional accounting body.
- Experience in developing budgeting and reporting systems and project management.
