Join a team that makes a measurable difference behind the scenes. NSW Health Pathology is seeking two experienced Revenue Audit Officers to support our Revenue Team based at John Hunter Hospital. In this temporary full-time opportunity, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring pathology billing compliance by reviewing and updating request forms in accordance with Medicare, Ministry of Health, and Commonwealth guidelines. With a strong focus on accuracy and audit integrity, this role directly contributes to the organisation’s financial sustainability and ongoing commitment to public health outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**

To ensure that revenue generated is processed in an accurate and timely manner and within financial deadlines. Following up outstanding accounts. Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently and courteously deal with a variety of people
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a team environment
