**The Role**
We are searching for a versatile and enthusiastic Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator to supervise upkeep and improvements across Kip Happy Stays' sites nationally. As a key player in our Head Office team, you will deliver on a wide range of projects across our business in collaboration with site leaders including ongoing maintenance programs for 25 dog boarding and dog daycare sites.
The role will be full-time, ideally based in Melbourne, but we will also consider applicants from Sydney.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan maintenance programs supporting commercial and/or operational benefit to Kip
- Maintain WH&S compliance on-site to ensure a safe working environment
- Budget planning, reporting to General Managers of each region
- Supervise subcontractors delivering maintenance, renovations and general upgrades/ building works across Australia
- Oversee completion of urgent and critical maintenance issues on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and quickly escalate delays or issues arising from work orders
- Utilise systems to ensure all data is captured and reported appropriately, working in collaboration with senior team members to implement maintenance program and monitoring systems
- Review, inspect and sign off completed work orders assuring quality and specification expectations are met
- Liaise with internal General Managers, other internal stakeholders and external contractors to prioritise works across a number of sites
**About You**
- Highly motivated and thrives on taking ownership and pride for delivering optimum service
- Competent with computer systems with advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, initiative to get extra work done

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure
- Having great time management, and commitment to deliver quality in work output
**Key Requirements**
- Interest in facilities management, with previous experience highly regarded
- Ability to interpret pricing and quotations
- Current drivers licence & vehicle access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships internally/externally
