**About the role**

**_ _**As the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Asset Management Group. You will oversee the maintenance and compliance of all buildings and grounds on the V/Line network, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers.
- Key Accountabilities include:_
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of facilities assets using our Computerised Maintenance Management System.
- Ensure compliance with technical maintenance plans and all relevant standards.
- Organize and schedule maintenance works to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Respond proactively to customer feedback and address deficiencies.
- Assist in the administration of maintenance contracts and conduct performance audits.
- Develop and maintain building maintenance budgets and schedules.
- Supervise maintenance contracts and various contractors to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with other departments and project teams to support building works strategies.

- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
- A minimum of 6 years in the Facilities Maintenance industry with management and delivery of small projects and asset maintenance systems and contractor payments experience.
- Current Victorian Full Driver’s licence.
- Understanding of facilities maintenance procedures and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
