Acting Ea/office Coordinator

**About the Company**
A four to six week contract (with potential for extension) has become available for a switched-on and proactive administrator within this dynamic and close-knit resources company, who have achieved great success in their relatively short history and recent listing on the ASX.
You have the chance to provide valued and much needed support to this kind and diligent leadership team of 5 in Brisbane as settle into their new CBD office, whilst also providing EA support to an impressive and down to earth CEO who is based from Sydney.
**About the Role**
This position will provide valued support to the overall office functions and work closely with a warm and dynamic CEO, while the look to appoint a permanent Executive Assistant.
**Your duties will include (but not be exclusive) to the following**:
- Facilitate information through to the leadership team in relation to appointments and requests from stakeholders
- Updating upcoming communication and determine priorities and action required to coordinate responses.
- Office Coordination responsibilities in addition to development of administration and filing procedures
- Oversee general office facilities
**About You**
You’ll be regarded for your genuine care and dedication, along with extensive experience within the roles of office manager or office coordinator, whilst possessing advanced skills in MS Office suite.
