**About the Company**
This well-established hospitality service provider has operations spanning across Australia and New Zealand. In this busy Executive Assistant role you will provide one-on-one support to the Chief Opperating Officer and also provide more general administration management support to keep the office humming along.
This is a 4 week contract position to cover the current leave. The environment is fun, casual, flexible and vibrant, with cohesive team members and possibly the loveliest manager that you will ever come across.
**About the Role**
Here is a snapshot of what your day might include, but due to the dynamic nature of this industry you may be called on to stretch into other areas.
- Providing EA support to the Commercial Manager and general support to other team members
- Diary management, maintaining calendar appointments and co-ordinating travel arrangements
- Scheduling meetings, assisting with agenda preparation (no taking minutes)
- Research for reports, and some data analysis
- Managing procurement of office supplies including stationery, office equipment and furniture
- Troubleshooting IT issues and coordinating external IT assistance when required
- Coordination of lunches, networking events and internal Award celebrations
- Preparing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
**About You**
You will be respected for your organisational skills and ability to proactively organise others to be able to generate outcomes. You must be highly personable, with a good sense of humour and have the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining professionalism.
- High level of skills in Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- A positive and outgoing attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
- High-level communication skills
