We love to learn, empower each other and ultimately work together to encourage our people and clients to flourish.- Job Purpose- Kantar is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our fun and lively HR team in Sydney on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months The role primarily assists and supports the local HR team by providing technical and administrative activities in conjunction with the regional HR Service Delivery team. There is a key focus on maintaining HR systems, data accuracy and employee experience. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the coordination of confidential and time-sensitive material and has a familiarity with the practices and procedures of Kantar.- What makes this role really exciting is the amount of accelerated career experience you can expect to get at this time in Kantar’s journey. Surrounded by a team committed to learning, delivering and celebrating at pace, this will be a role you can use to really fast-track your HR Career.- Responsibilities- Ensure the HR administration function offers high quality and consistent service across all Divisions and employees, whilst working to continually improve accuracy, processes and response times
- Prepare all employee documentation including employment contracts, variation letters and reference requests ensuring 100% accuracy
- Update and maintain employee changes in our HRIS, Workday, ensuring it is current and accurate at all times
- Coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding processes by liaising with internal stakeholders such as line managers, IT and local office managers to ensure all employees have accurate access guaranteeing the best possible employee experience.
- Ensuring all employee changes are completed in Workday or communicated via the appropriate channel to the payroll provider ahead of both monthly and fortnightly cut-offs.
- Ensure concern for quality and pride in all work produced; be consistently careful and methodical with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery.
- Ensure all relevant Sarbanes Oxley Compliance procedures and processes are followed, adhered to and evidenced at all times.
- Consistently demonstrating situation sensitivity and confidentiality to ensure that the HR team is seen as a trusted and valued team within the organisation.
- Role Requirements- At least 2+ years experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience using Workday
- Good understanding of HR administration process & procedures.
- Basic understanding of HR databases and systems (HRIS) Computer Skills
- Solid understanding of PowerPoint and knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing software Metrics Use and Creation skills
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics
- Understanding of and ability to extract and run reports Strategic HR Business Knowledge & Leadership
- Basic knowledge of business practice
