Are you a HR Coordinator who enjoys helping others in a high-tech, creative, and global organisation? As the HR Coordinator you’ll be highly organised and work within the established global DNEG HR processes, but also help the Sydney team establish their workflow.

**What you will do**
- Be a driver for employee experience
- Partner, advise and coach managers on HR activities
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Analyse trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and changes and drive action plans/reporting
- Drive employee relations process and resolve any potential concerns in partnership with management while maintaining legislative and company policy compliance
- Assist in developing company policies and procedures, continuously educating employees and people leaders to ensure compliance
- Partner with our HR Shared Services

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar discipline
- Passionate about people, eager to learn
- Great time management, organisational skills, and initiative
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment law and experience with employee relations is required
- Experience using an HRIS system, Workday experience preferred
- Experience in high-growth company or a fast-paced industry is a plus
